The CR Society International is dedicated to understanding and promoting the Calorie Restriction (CR) diet. We do this by
  • providing basic information about practicing CR
  • running several active discussion groups
  • acting as a contact point for anyone interested in CR
  • pursuing research in CR through long-term human studies
  • organizing regular CR Conferences
  • working with the media to inform and educate the public
