Scientific Advisory Council
The CR Society International is fortunate to have the advice and guidance of distinguished scientists who make up our Scientific Advisory Council (SAC). Each member of the Council has made significant contributions to the understanding of how calorie restriction extends healthspan and lifespan.
Role of SAC members:
To provide guidance and recommendations on research projects undertaken by the Society.
(The CR Society Board takes full responsibility for final decisions on supported research.)
To give expert opinion on important questions regarding the science and practice of calorie restriction.
