    It turns out I really do need to eat the extra protein. I have trouble getting to 100% even with 1 of these protein bars per day.

    I received my "Longevity Diet" book yesterday, so I should be a lot more informed in a couple weeks. And then the next book, the beyond 120 years one, arrives this week.

    I have so much to learn. I eat one of these bars almost daily, and it's pretty much the only protein in my diet since I don't care for much meat or dairy. Though, I *did* just buy little yogurts to try taking in my lunch. I am sure there is much about my diet that would make you all cringe :-)
