    Organ Donation is a good thing.I dont know why some people restrict donating organs.Kidney transplant is done for who has lost over 85% of the function of his/her kidneys. At this stage patient cannot lead a comfortable life with medications alone ; the patient should undergo kidney transplantation surgery , if he/she is medically fit for the procedure.The donor can be either a living person or a person who has had a brain death. The living donor has to be a healthy person above the age of 18 years and below 60 years, and should have two normally functioning kidneys ; he/she should not have any medical illness which makes him/her a high risk for anesthesia and surgery.     Sorry 4 that...I just mean egg white........egg yolk is high fat content.....so avoid egg yolks..

    Hi, Avocados,cheese,dark chocolate,yogurt,fatty fish,egg white,nuts,virgin olive oil,cocunut.They are rich in fat and healthy.

    Olive oil? Healthy or not?!

    Olive oil is not healthier for hearts.Yes, foods rich in monounsaturated fats like olive oil may be better than foods full of saturated and trans fats, but just because something is “better” does not mean it is good for you. Better cigarettes (those with less nicotine and toxic chemicals like benzo(a)pyrenes) still promote lung cancer. Better monounsaturated fats like olive oil may still lead to diseased arteries.
