  1. I did a baseline teloyears test and was 4% older than my chronological age. I just did a repeat test 16 months later and my telomere age was 29% lower than my chronological age. I am 54 and my telomeres are now 37. I already had a healthy lifestyle and had been eating lchf and intermittent fasting. What I changed over that time was: - Started doing extended fasts (42-120 hours) - Took bio-identical estrogen and progesterone - Took NAD+ for the last 7 months (nicotinimide riboside) - Took DHEA for the last 7 months - Started lifting weights and gained muscle
