I do aerobics I am 18 years old and 1.82 tall and 56 kg the last time I had blood tests I was sedentary and 63 kg and was eating a lot at college, I get around a lot every day at home and I give 2 or 3 jumps a day, I consider my CR to be a pseudo CR because if I were sedentary I would need 1400-1600 to maintain my weight but I think like 2000-2500, I think that to be in real CR with my size I would have to eat less than 2000 calories , in the last exam my average calories were high i gained 4kg in the month before the exam the exam gave HDL cholesterol 34 LDL 118 total 168 glucose 77 a month later i measured my pressure was 110/70 mmhg, that way i not reach 50 years old.

If I maintain a weight of 56 kg for a lifetime from what age will I lose muscle mass, if I have a low fat percentage And an anorexic could die as a result of anorexia if he keeps a healthy fat percentage, but has a low weight. -

Will it be that if I increase my weight to 65 kg and 7% of fat I will go hungry for having a low percentage of fat. Natural bodybuilders who do not take supplements go hungry by keeping fat percentage low. -
If you are on a calorie restriction site why don't you practice CR? How many calories do you consume, what are your lipid parameters, what is your blood pressure and other blood tests? BMI 22 is not the best we have this impression because centenarians are generally low (4 feet and 11 inches on average) and consumes a lower number of calories which gives this impression, but high centenarians have a lower BMI generally as is the case Walter Breuning who was 5 feet 8 inches and had a BMI 19 If you are on a calorie restriction site why don't you practice CR? Does my supplement have all the D vitamins in the right amount because it has written that it has 100% daily vitamin D and which would be better for longevum k2 + d3 or this supplement that I am taking Vitamin A 600 mcg Vitamin B1 1.1 mg Vitamin B3 13 mg Vitamin B5 5.0 mg Vitamin B6 0.50 mg Vitamin B12 2.4 mcg Vitamin C 45 mg Vitamin D 5.0 mcg Iron 10 mg Manganese 2.3 mg Zinc 2.0 mg.. -
The lighter without zeroing the fat or perhaps without reaching less than 5% fat in men or 14% in women the more longevity we will have.

Also in a longevity calculator it says that less than 10% fat in men gives more longevity. -
I read on a website that I didn't find the news anymore to show that fat percentage is a better predictor of longevity than imc andthat the percentage of fat increased in the elderly is not healthy, Lizzie Velasquez has almost 0% fat and 27 kg eats 5000-8000 calories a day and is still alive today. So I think the thinner without reaching 0% fat the more longevity I will have or perhaps keeping a minimum of 5% fat in men and 14% in women with the lowest possible weight will have the most extreme longevity of all.

Adipometer does not work well on people with more or less flaccid skin for their age.

I'm saying this because if a person is older, younger biological age or has sagging for another reason on the skin, the adipometer will not work. -

There is already a way of not dying from natural death and only dying from infections or accidents, if not, what would be the best antioxidant? -

If a man with 1.82 and 80 kg and 7% fat always maintains the same weight, with a healthy diet, is he likely to have a lack of micronutrients in his blood? -
How tall are you, your weight and your age? You look too muscular to do calorie restriction if you go to the gym, I suggest you stop doing it and let your muscles decrease even when you think you can restrict your calories, but don't let your fat drop below 6% as it can be fatal

I will weigh myself every day and I will maintain a weight of 54,75 kg for a while. Is it true that the older we get the more weight we need to have all normal blood rates? Does eating the necessary calories to maintain my weight in 1 meal a day slow my metabolism so I can have a longer life span When my bioimpedance scale arrives, I will reduce my weight to 53 kg or increase or decrease the weight until I reach 8.5% fat. -

Even if the two men were maintaining their weight, the 1200-calorie man would die sooner.
