  1. A keto diet has been shown to provide several benefits, such as weight loss, reversal of type 2 diabetes, and improved metabolic health. However, results may vary from person to person. I think you should focus on your own keto journey.

  2. I really like kimchi! I started to like fermented foods when I was 18, my college friend introduce me to this and I'm also enjoying fermentation like sauerkraut, pickles, beetroot, radish, etc.

I have tried to keep it super simple and basic nutritionally complete" meals so that anyone can follow this recipe:  Breakfast: 8 ounces nonfat yoghurt with a cup of papaya and kiwi and 14 walnut halves.                                                                  Lunch: 1 small whole-wheat pita with a green salad including 1 cup of dark green lettuce, a red pepper, 1 cup of tomatoes, ½ cup edamame.      Dinner: 4 ounces broiled wild salmon (about the size of your palm) with a yoghurt sauce.    

  4. My daily menu:           
    Breakfast: Wholegrain breakfast cereal, with reduced
    fat milk.                                   Lunch:
    Sandwich with salad and chicken.                                         Evening meal:
    Pasta with beef mince and red kidney beans, tomato and green salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing.                      Evening snack:
    Plums and reduced-fat yogurt.
