    Bad combination?

    Right now I'm experimenting a new variation of my day, fruit-based meal. 100% plant-based. This is it, with today's quantities: 600 grams oranges (1.4 pounds) 200 grams bananas 30 grams almonds & nuts 90 grams sunflower seed with 20% raisins (ground together) 40 grams 85% chocolate 50 grams orange peels (organic) Problem is that, Although I pretty much enjoyed the meal, I've been uncomfortable after that, a bloating feel in the stomach, a depletion of energies, to the extent that I almost thought about stimulating the vomit center. Now I'm all right but it's after 8 hours from the meal. Day before, same meal scheme, I had no problems, only variation being 350 grams oranges and 300 grams bananas. But we know that cumulative effects may happen. Bottom line: do you guys think you can spot anything which may clash, combination-wise? I'd like to go on with this combo, but what I hate most is having my energies pre-empted by stomach ache. Oranges and bananas do not jibe? Raisins do not combine with sunflowers? Sunflowers with bananas? Quantities? else? Thanks in advance for any opionions.
