An interesting article in
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Health News
It alleges to show that mice (and people) on the same diet, that exercise, have improvements
in their gut microbiota, over sedentary mice (and people). Interestingly, the improvement that
comes from exercise is much more pronounced in lean, vs obese, subjects.
