Low Blood Pressure

I have always had a below average blood pressure reading but lately after practicing cr for a while it has dropped to the point where I become dizzy when I go from sitting to standing. I have a more sedentary lifestyle than i had previously because I am a stay at home mother so I eat between 1000-1200 calories a day. I am also very careful about getting my daily recommended amounts of vitamins, mineral and other nutrients. I was hoping that someone might be able to give me some advice on how to raise my blood pressure while continuing my cr diet. I feel fit as a fiddle in every other aspect. I also add salt to my food and drink coffee but those are just temporary solutions.
