dano
I've found from total nonscientific personal experience that I think more clearly when I eat less. I'm curios if this is a known phenomenon, and if there are specific aspects of CR that are driving this? I'm interested in improving my mental performance as well as general health and longevity - any input in appreciated! Dan
Guest rosebette
I have been doing CR for about 3 weeks now, and I would say I have noticed more mental alertness with the lower calories. I feel less sluggish mentally and more able to stay up later at night and do mental tasks. I'm small 5'1.5" and netting around 1100 a day. I have noticed increased physical fatigue and lightheadedness during heavy physical activity though especially in the mornings. If I do a kickboxing or strength training class, I have to eat immediately afterward/
