jan61
I have been on CR for 6 weeks and am amazed by the consistent weight loss of 1-2 lbs per week, and how I am completely satisfied on 1000 to 1400 calories per day. I just downloaded the cronometer app on my iphone, but can't figure out how to add in my calcium supplement that I take twice a day. Does anyone know how to do this? James Cain
You can add custom supplements, foods, and recipes by using the website through a browser. I don't think you can do this from the mobile app.
Guest Janice McGee
James, thank you for your reply. I guess you can't do everything on an iphone! I will give this a try.
Michael R
Hi Guest_Janice McGee_, Like James, I don't think you can add new foods/supplements in the mobile app version, but you certainly can with the desktop one -- and once it's created, it'll be in your personal database, so you can use it on the app from then on. Have you tried this? (Also, have you looked for other calcium supplements? It might be easier, and also create less redundancy and greater future inter-user operability, to select a highly similar one rather than create one anew). Also: please do me and you and everyone on the Forum a favor: register on the Forums and log in each time before you post! It's fine if you want to use a pseudonym, but registering and logging in will ensure that you can't be impersonated and will make it easier to keep track of your questions, input, and progress.
