FrederickSebastian Posted May 11, 2015 Report Share Posted May 11, 2015 Hi Again, As I have previously said, I feel very relaxed when on the CR-Diet and take supplements for relaxation which make me feel amazing and even more calm. The supplements I currently take are: Valerian, Kava Kava, Chammomile, Hops and 5-HTP... Does any one know of any other herbal downer I can take to increase my relaxation?...
