FrederickSebastian
Hi, My name is Frederick Sebastian and I'm 30 years old... Just wondering... How much does being an alcoholic in the past affect your longevity. I was a very heavy alcoholic in 2009 (like a bottle of vodka per day) and have been hospitalized several times for alcohol intoxication... I really want to live to be over 100, but I've read somewhere that drinking a lot of alcohol in your 20s will cause you to die sooner... Should I be worried? Is a CR-Diet worth the effort? Is there any way to reverse the damage that has already been done to my organs?
