sirtuin Posted November 13, 2015 Report Share Posted November 13, 2015 Edit: I was trying to figure out a good way to narrow in on the consistency of my BP readings to see how this responds to various diet / lifestyle factors. I was seeing a fairly wide range of numbers (systolic <90 or >120 and diastolic <60 and >80 with a pulse pressure <25 or >40) under similar circumstances. I found a "Tru-Read" setting I was able to enable in the settings for my Omron 10 series BP monitor that allows for 3 consecutive readings a minute apart and averages them out to 1 reading that I can sync via bluetooth to my phone. I think if I do this around the same time in the day I'll have a good idea of where I'm at / going. Nevermind. :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
