FAST diet cookbook if you eat meat- it has a lot of veggies, fish and low calorie sauces with nutritional content


Appetite for Reduction: Vegan cookbook that is almost soy-free with caloric info included and all under 400 calories


Most anything I make in the slow cooker is high water and nutrient coompared to calories


Most of the time I keep it as simple as possible with whole foods and tomato based sauces (mostly bc they're my favoite) or a mix of Nutritional Yeast and Oil and garlic as "Cheese" (I'm allergic to dairy anyway)
