How unhealthy is it to eat the "burnt" residue on the edge of the bowl when cooking lentils/beans?

I'd prefer not having to clean the bean container each and every time I cook beans/lentils...

 

At least it's not cooked in oil, so it doesn't have any of the oxidized lipids...
