Vitamin D and vitamin K should they be taken together?

This study suggests competition for uptake amongst fat soluble vitamins. After reading it first on consumer labs site and their suggestion that it may be a good idea to take them separately I decided to take them separate figuring it cannot hurt and it may be a better option

 

I personally take mk 7 100mg and 2000 iu vitaminD
