Todd Allen Posted November 22, 2016 Report Share Posted November 22, 2016 I suffered from unrelenting hunger when eating a carbohydrate rich diet. Cutting out high glycemic carbs had a dramatic impact on reducing hunger. Going to a high fat ketogenic diet reduced huger a little more. This may be related to having become insulin insensitive.
