Thomas G
I only recently learned that frozen fruits and vegetables often have higher nutrient content than the same foods available in the produce aisle. I know it gets a bit complicated in some cases and might require a few hacks, but it has changed the way I think about preparing meals. Dean outlined his ultra-meal here. I realized that a significant portion of a meal like this could be packaged and sold as cheap and convenient bag of frozen foods. Imagine being able to buy a steamable bag of veggies for about a dollar that had spinach, kale, collards, mustard greens, etc. with broccoli, peas, corn, peppers, etc. You could even throw in a mix of spices and herbs (no salt). Add a few additional items that can't be frozen and you're at a super healthy meal that would take a few minutes to prepare. If anyone knows of something like this, please let me know. If not, it really should exist.
