mccoy
Probably most of you guys already watched this video, which I foudn to be one of the absolute best in the Rhonda Patrick series. I've listened to the podcast 3 times now but am going to do that more times, so densely-packed with interesting info the interview is.

BrianMDelaney
Time for a fast? I'd like to see a few more studies of Longo's FMD diet, or something similar, but by 06:30 or so in this video, I already was penciling in my next 7-day quasi-fast for a week from now! A crude and unproven way to hack the aging immune system, but my first one was fun and easy and made me feel good, so why not!
Sibiriak
I'd like to see a few more studies of Longo's FMD diet... I've always done fasting with relatively small amounts of diluted vegetable juices (low sugar). Enemas as well!!
