mccoy
I don't know many books on longevity in the English language, aside these ones: Valter Longo the longevity diet Dan Buettner the blue zones A search on google yields quite a few results: https://www.google.it/search?q=books+on+longevity&rlz=1C1AVNA_enIT567IT567&oq=books+on+longevity&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l2.2863j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 I don't know though if, among the bunch, there are any worth reading, with info which has not already been repeatedly discussed in these fora. Kurzweil wrote 2 books but I'm not sure he deals on practical strategies or on a possible future upload of individual awareness. The Springer book on hormones seems scientifically interesting. Anyone has specific suggestions?
