I don't know many books on longevity in the English language, aside these ones:

  • Valter Longo the longevity diet
  • Dan Buettner the blue zones

A search on google yields quite a few results:

I don't know though if, among the bunch, there are any worth reading, with info which has not already been repeatedly discussed in these fora. Kurzweil wrote 2 books but I'm not sure he deals on practical strategies or on a possible future upload of individual awareness. The Springer book on hormones seems scientifically interesting.

Anyone has specific suggestions?

Though classics to be found here: http://www.crsociety...ources/cr_guide

Especially noteworthy our very own Michael Rae and Brian Delaney who have contributed more distinguished works:

1) https://www.amazon.c..._27:Michael Rae

2) https://www.amazon.c...n/dp/1600940382

And don’t forget audiobooks and movies whether via services like Audible, purchased through vendors like Amazon / Alphabet ( Google), Netflix, etc, or even free from you local library directly or through App service: http://newsbreaks.in...ooks-107196.asp

Thanks Mechanism,

I read the book from Delaney and Walford, although most of it is for beginners with little knowledge in nutrition

Aubrey De Grey's and Michael Rae's book is one which maybe now I'm ready to read.
