L-theanine lowering BP and anxiety

Wrong a pretty lengthy article yesterday about l-theanine and lowering blood pressure and anxiety under stress. Also, did a bit of digging to find out which teas have the highest amount of l-theanine content (sources are linked in the article).

 

Anyway, hope you don't mind me sharing. :) 

 

I'm still sticking tot he 4 PM cut-off time for green tea though. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep! :)
