Todd Allen Posted August 4, 2018 Report Share Posted August 4, 2018 I've been under the impression that cultured foods are generally very healthy. However, I never looked deeply into the subject. I've started reading about the polyamines often found in high quantities in these foods and they are a mixed bag. Some such as spermidine are considered CR mimetics with nearly reserveratrol levels of hype and others such as putrescine are subjects of Dr. Greger scare videos.
