Matt Posted July 16, 2019 Report Share Posted July 16, 2019 I checked out the Wiki page on calorie restriction today. Haven't seen it in a long time. It just struck me as overall pretty negative. And cites Spindler from 2010 that the long-term effects of CR are unknown. It seems to ignore most of the work done at WUSTL, Biosphere 2 and CALERIE.
