UserReqDel20200217
If a person weighs 120 lbs on a normal 1500-calorie diet (55% carbohydrate, 25% protein and fat) how much would they weigh on a diet (10% carbohydrate, 20% protein, and 70% fat)? mccoy
Most body of evidence suggests that calories remaining the same, weight remains the same. But it may vary according to individuals, often keto diet being unpalatable it reduces appetite so calories are lower. This diet is usually practiced by obese and overweight people, not by already skinny ones like you. https://examine.com/supplements/keto/
