UserReqDel20200217
I read on a website that I didn't find the news anymore to show that fat percentage is a better predictor of longevity than imc andthat the percentage of fat increased in the elderly is not healthy, Lizzie Velasquez has almost 0% fat and 27 kg eats 5000-8000 calories a day and is still alive today. So I think the thinner without reaching 0% fat the more longevity I will have or perhaps keeping a minimum of 5% fat in men and 14% in women with the lowest possible weight will have the most extreme longevity of all. mccoy
Fernando, you are cross-posting. You cannot post the identical (crazy) text in two different threads. And, taking the unlucky Lizzie Velasquez as an example is the most insane idea you could ever come out with.
UserReqDel20200217
Also in a longevity calculator it says that less than 10% fat in men gives more longevity.
