Why is 15% the healthiest fat percentage for men and 25% for women and men who maintained a fat percentage of less than 10% and women less than 20% with the same calories every day and a healthy diet suffered from a lack of micronutrients?

Do you have a source/documentation to indicate that micronutrient deficiency in people eating that level of fat?
