Brown mustard

Does anyone try this? It's often super-pungent, which I suspect is due to all the sulfur-containing compounds like those in onions (https://nutritionj.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1475-2891-11-76 )

container it comes in is oftentimes plastic though
