The latter is really one caloric quantity for all, aside the variation Ron cited which I didn't know (but I tried glycerine and it gave me loose bowels). In one of the earlier threads on the FMD I posted some graphs where the caloric input varied across individual size . The discontinuous lines are from published tables, the continuos lines are extrapolations Presently, the snipping tool is not working! All I ate all day was green leaf lettuce and 4 medium carrots, and I used vinegar and maybe a total of 1 tbsp olive oil all day. Felt totally satiated which I wasn't expecting, and felt good all day -- actually I felt really light of body, heart and mind. I'll definitely be doing more of these.
