mccoy Posted July 6, 2020 Report Share Posted July 6, 2020 This is a cake which I deem fit for human consumption, whereas most commercial cakes and pastries I do not regard as a food. My wife makes it at least once a month. Whole grain, stone ground wheat flour, dark muscovado sugar, 4 eggs, non-processed cacao powder, cinnamon, ground skin of 2 lemons.
