gombo2
Why?And if a person does severe CR like BMI 14-15 from the age of 25-30 he would live longer than just taking 300 mg-1000 mg of resveratrol his whole life? Gordo
It can (and has) been done at all ages, lots of North Korean kids for example were on CR for most of their lives. The ones that survived didn't do so well. One reason is possible impact on brain development which normally continues until around age 25: https://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=141164708 Also the muscle mass you develop in your late teen years is basically what you'll have for the rest of your life. And then there's the whole fertility thing... Edited August 30, 2020 by Gordo
