Pistabread

Today my wife tried a new recipe, bread with 40% weight pistachio flour, 60% weight whole wheat. Delicious is a huge understatement. It's nourishing and very satiating

Recipe: 300 grams whole grain organic wheat flour, 200 grams pistachio flour, one tablespoon EVOO (optional, apparently it improves consistency), a little salt, yeast, water. 

It also requires very little time to prepare, with those electric bread machines where you just put the ingredients in and extract the bread a few hours after.

I might try but I don't know if the dough is going to rise. Maybe adding eggs whites? This constitutes an item of lowcarb cuisine, I'll have to look some recipes up and try.

 This bread is divine! I have made it many times and every time it was so  Delicious and moist. It was the hit of our brunch.
