Mike Lustgarten
In an earlier video, I presented data for apigenin's ability to increase levels of NAD+. In addition to apigenin's impact on NAD+, apigenin supplementation increases muscle mass, strength, and treadmill running distance in both young and old mice. Alex K Chen
Lustgarten reports low bioavailability from parsley it may be better in when packed in lipophiles or amphiphilic molecules or something. Mike Lustgarten
Low bioavailability may not be a bad thing-apigenin also impacts the microbiome, which could mediate some of its effects.
