tea
Does anyone have any personal experience with either of these? Devices for LLLT (low level laser therapy) and hydrogen water production via electrolysis have gotten rather cheap lately, costing ~$20-100. Obviously both of these will arouse the suspicions of skeptics, but I believe both have been studied robustly enough to assuage doubts of their effectiveness for some conditions. I recently got a Tendlite-type device which I have been using for tendonitis, some localized inflammation issues, and tentatively for optimizing testosterone production. I also have a hydrogen water generator (1.7 ppm) coming. I'll update with my experiences.
