FrederickSebastian Posted July 19, 2021 Report Share Posted July 19, 2021 Hi all, Can anyone tell me if there are any benefits to eating no-salt added beans and no-salt added nuts as opposed to the salted ones besides blood pressure? I have tried the no-salt added and I love the salted versions 10x more... Is it really worth the sacrifice to buy the no-salt versions or do you think I'll be alright? Any opinions?
