Thanks, Mike, I saw this on Youtube. It appears that it's a linear relationship, no?

I didn't see a study including consumption of more than 55g per day, but looking at mine, I am usually between 60g and 80g a day, some days going over 100g... Who knows if it's beneficial, but I enjoy what I eat (lots of whole carbs, close to 70%).
