Alex K Chen
I seem to notice on my CGM that when my glucose is at 110-120, it tends not to go down, maybe because my body seems to secrete more insulin only above 120? And while insulin is pro-aging in itself, rapamycin should be able to block its pro-aging effects (not completely, but enough to sometimes make eating more worth it). The relationship between calorie consumption and longevity is not monotonic, although it sometimes may seem so.
