drewab
Great video - thanks for sharing it Michael. Do you think it's possible that the DHEA-s problem is one that is simply unresolvable? For example, perhaps increasing your dietary cholesterol intake will increase your DHEA-s and possibly testosterone, but will always worsen a plethora of other biomarkers? (I guess this is a question you are trying to answer)l It's sort of like those practicing CR around here often have low T, low IGF-1, and so forth, simply as a result of the down-regulation of such pathways due to a low energy intake amongst other things. Mike Lustgarten
Thanks drewab, and I think that's definitely possible. However, there is a range in my recent DHEA-S data, and I should be able to consistently keep it closer to 160 than 80, for example. That's not as good as 300, but there may be a limitation in terms of an age-related limitation for adrenal function.
