How do you fit CR with exercise?

For those who exercise have you found a good and sustainable way to fit CR with exercise? I am talking about for exercise lovers like me. Long distance running and marathon training, dancing, other cross training in aerobics ecc. I eat about 2200kcal -2400kcal when I exercise and 1700-2000kcal when I don’t exercise.
