I don't need to take it every day for now, but I think it's most useful in conjunction with cravings where I can eat 1000+ calories in one setting (as I've sometimes done). mccoy Posted November 9, 2022 Report Share Posted November 9, 2022 That's a little like taking rapa+metformin, with a X10 more powerful metformin... 1000 kcals in a setting once in a while is not bad, especially so if protein prevails, a boost to muscle protein synthesis once in a while cannot hurt...
