These are good sources of hormetic stress. I *know* I'm doing something right if I'm sweating. Also they can decrease appetite. https://www.amazon.com/Aplenty-Spicy-Arrabbiata-Pasta-Sauce/dp/B08YSPC4R9/ref=sr_1_1_f3_0o_fs?keywords=spicy+arrabbiata+sauce&qid=1676673956&sprefix=spicy+arrabbiata%2Caps%2C142&sr=8-1 has the right amount of spice (tabasco is too low) Edited February 17, 2023 by InquilineKea
Dean Pomerleau
I've been eating hot peppers and taking capsaicin supplements for a few years, since we discussed it a while back, e.g. here:

I've been growing these rare peppers for years and even sell the seeds on eBay haha.
Dean Pomerleau
Wow Gordo - you've sold 84 packs of those CH-19 pepper seeds! Impressive. I still remember when you first got them and we each germinated them over the winter a few years ago. You are quite the ebay seller - 3.3K items sold. Congrats! Alex K Chen
It's important to note that a lot of hot peppers imported from Latin American countries have a lot of heavy metal contamination I'm trying a bunch of Louisiana hot sauce lately. This is next. Hmm, how to eat with minimal time spent on tongue.. It's better to just cook one with vegetables.
