High-Scoville chili peppers/hot sauces/etc? [like serrano/haberno/ghost peppers] Or spicy food in general?

I'm thinking of trying tabasco scorpion sauce, serrano peppers, haberno sauce now. These are good sources of hormetic stress. I *know* I'm doing something right if I'm sweating. Also they can decrease appetite.

has the right amount of spice (tabasco is too low)

I've been eating hot peppers and taking capsaicin supplements for a few years, since we discussed it a while back, e.g. here:

Also remember that high capsinoid peppers have the same health benefits and activate brown adipose tissue (BAT) but don't have the burn or upset the stomach like high capsaicin peppers. I've been growing these rare peppers for years and even sell the seeds on eBay haha.

I just finished a bunch of boiled Serrano peppers with little discomfort (I boil and eat them quickly). This is next. Hmm, how to eat with minimal time spent on tongue.. It's better to just cook one with vegetables.
