Are olives or nuts healthier?

Olives have much lower calorie density than nuts

About 14% of the oil is saturated fat, whereas 11% is polyunsaturated, such as omega-6

I have recently been switching to primarily olives + nut milks and it's much harder to go over 2000 calories (unlike nuts, which are SUPER-easy to eat over 2000 cals)
