FrederickSebastian
Hi All, Can someone tell me what's to stop a person from just eating a low-calorie diet that is full of empty calories but taking a multi-vitamin and calling it CR?? Saul
Because they don't. "all the vitamins that we know" is not the same as "all the nutrients that we need"; especially, it does not include "all the nutrients that we don't know about". -- Saul

In addition to Saul's comment, when you cite 'empty calories', you cite foods like white sugar, white flour, icecreams, sodas and so on, which are not known for their anti-aging effects, even if eaten in a caloric restriction fashion
