keithsct
Hi All, I thought I'd share what I have daily as a part of my lunch at work. This salad only takes about 5 minutes to make and has enough taste to satisfy me late in the day. Sometimes I vary the amount of flax oil depending on the rest of my diet. I hope you enjoy it! Guest Anita
Sounds yummy! How is the coleslaw prepared? What are its ingredients?
keithsct
Sounds yummy! How is the coleslaw prepared? What are its ingredients? It's simple green cabbage 90% and carrots 10% shredded. Sometimes you can get red cabbage in it too. I get it prepackaged with no dressing at all in my local supermarket.
