Macronutrient Ratio Targets

Is there a certain macronutrient ratio target I should be following?

Not really. Some guidelines are being talked about, such as keep your protein close to RDA levels (0.8 g/day per kg of body weight), but ratios vary widely depending on the individual. Some are high fat, others low fat, some high carb, others low carb etc.

I prefer to think of it as a balanced approach is best kind of thing.
