FusionHalo
I've been following the mailing list for about a year now I think, but I've never responded before. In fact, I'm not even sure if I'm allowed/able to? If I am, could someone teach me how to respond? I feel like I may have useful things to contribute, such as in the discussion of how much a "cup of tea" is. Thanks in advance!
keithsct
I've been following the mailing list for about a year now I think, but I've never responded before. In fact, I'm not even sure if I'm allowed/able to? If I am, could someone teach me how to respond? I feel like I may have useful things to contribute, such as in the discussion of how much a "cup of tea" is. Thanks in advance! The mailing lists are as simple as can be. Simply write an email with the same subject line as the original that you wish to respond to. Send the email to CR@lists.calorierestriction.org or CRCOMM@lists.calorierestriction.org. Please note that cr list is only for discussion of scientific topics related to cr or issues directly related to cr practice. Other issues like general health, exercise, favorite movies or books etc should be sent to the crcomm list. Normal etiquette is to use the search functionality to verify that your issue hasn't been previously dealt with by the list. Also one should trim responses that get too long from previous messages in the threads. You'll notice the link to the email lists under the Forum menu -> Email List Archives. Note that the direct respond capability built into the archive pages doesn't work and you should use your email client to write the email.
