I am therefore cutting way back on wheat products, and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to incorporate that into the CRON diet. Any suggestions are helpful! There's no requirement or special reliance on gluten-containing foods on CR; if anything, many people cut back on or eliminate gluten-containing foods (and other grains) even tho' they have no problem with gluten as such, simply because like all grains, gluten-containing grains are all pretty empty Calories.
