I have been asked to describe the Okinawan diet in more detail; however I
would simply refer those who are interested to simply either order the book
from Amazon.com or simply follow the advice of the authors of the book who
studied the Okinawan diet extensively and report in their reference pages
that, contrary to what Barry Sears claims about it being a zonelike diet,
the diet of the Okinawan people most closely resembles the 120 year diet
advocated by Dr. Walford. BOTTOM LINE IF YOU WANT TO EAT LIKE AN OKINAWAN
FOLLOW THE WALFORD DIET, this is the recomendation of the authors of the
study.
