Sissy
I read in one of the recommended books that one of the CR participants eats a single meal in the evening and fasts one day a week. I decided to try this approach and, much to my surprise, found that I like it quite a bit. But I'm wondering, if you are able to meet the vast majority of your RDA's in a single meal, is one's body able to absord all of it if eaten at one time? Also, is there a need to consume more than the RDA's if you didn't eat at all the preceding day?
